Create an IAM Role for cross account access
- Navigate to IAM Dashboard & click on Role
Click on Create Role
- Select Another AWS account
Input the Account ID of other AWS account that you want provide access to manage your AWS account
Click on Next: Permission

- Attach the policy according access will be provide to other AWS account, in this example we will provide S3 read only access to other AWS account
Search for S3 then select AmazonS3ReadOnlyAccess
Click on Next: Tags
- Optionally, you can input tags
Click on Next: Review - Enter the Role & click on Create Role
