Build Java application using CodeBuild with CodeCommit

Make sure you have commit java source if in Codecommit
Go to CodeBuild Dashboard and click on Create build project
Multiple things to be filled here:
1. Project Name: This will be as per your choice
2. Under Source: Select Codecommit with repository as uploaded in step 1
3. Environment is basically image you will select for creating container on which your project will actually built
4. Once your project is build package can be saved to S3 bucket
5. Optionally you can enable Cloudwatch logs for this CodeBuild project
Once you have created built project this screen will appear click Start build
Click on Start build
You can see live stream logs
Your build will be saved it in S3 bucket.
