Assign permission to IAM user
- Navigate to IAM Dashboard and click on Users
Select the user you want to assign permission
- Under permissions tab click on Add permissions

- Attach Policy
- Click on Attach existing policies directly
- Search for policy you want to attach, in this example we are attaching S3 Full Access Policy
- Select the Policy
- Click on Next: Review
- Finally, click on add permissions
