Creating an IAM user for KMS service
- Login to AWS console
- Go to IAM console
- Go to User‘s tab
- Click on create user
- Enter the username
Eg: KeyManager - Select both access type ie console access & programmatic access
- Click Next
- Enter the username
- In Set Permission tab, select Attach existing policies directly then select AdministratorAccess Policy
- Click Next: Tags > Next: Review > Create User
- Please make of note Access Key ID & Secret Access Key
