Create Azure App Service from Azure Portal
- Navigate to App services for Azure portal and click +ADD

- Now here you need to input following

- Subscription: Select a subscription for billing
- Resource Group: Select an existing resource group or create a new one
- Name: Input a globally unique name this will generate a FQDN of your App service
- Publish: Select between VM based or container based application
- Runtime Stack: Select between .Dot, Java, Python, NodeJS & more
- Operation System: Select an OS of your choose to run your application on
- Region: Select where you want to deploy app service
- App service plan: Select or create a new app service plan, according to app service plan compute will be allocated to your App service
- Select Monitoring to integrate your app service with application insights

- You can put a tag for categorization/labeling purpose

- Review everything and click on create
